Instructions
Prepare the ingredients & make the dressing
Wash and dry the fresh produce. Peel 1 clove of garlic; using a zester or the small side of a box grater, finely grate into a paste. Roughly chop the lettuce. Halve the tomatoes. Halve the lemon crosswise; squeeze the juice into a large bowl, straining out the seeds. Add the tahini, worcestershire sauce, half the parmesan, 2 tablespoons of water, and a drizzle of olive oil. Whisk to combine.
Make the caper breadcrumbs
In a medium nonstick pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil on medium-high until hot. Add the capers, garlic paste, and breadcrumbs. Cook, stirring frequently, 2 to 3 minutes, or until browned. Turn off the heat.
Make the salad & serve your dish
To the bowl of dressing, add the chopped lettuce and halved tomatoes; season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat. Serve the salad topped with the caper breadcrumbs and remaining parmesan. Enjoy!
