Instructions
Prepare the ingredients & serve your dish
Wash and dry the fresh produce. Core and medium dice the pear. In a bowl, combine the fig spread and 1 teaspoon of water. Add the diced pear and stir to coat. In a separate bowl, combine the yogurt and mascarpone. Serve the yogurt mixture topped with the dressed pear and granola. Drizzle with the maple syrup. Enjoy!
