    • ½ lb Mushrooms
    • 6 oz Baby Spinach
    • ⅔ cup Béchamel Sauce
    • 4 oz Shredded Cheddar & Monterey Jack Cheese Blend
    • ½ cup Panko Breadcrumbs
    • ¼ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
    • ½ cup Cream
    • ¼ cup Crème Fraîche
    • 2 Single-Use Aluminum Trays
    Prepare the ingredients & start the trays
    1 Prepare the ingredients & start the trays

    Place an oven rack in the center of the oven; preheat to 450°F. Wash and dry the fresh produce. Between the two trays, evenly divide the spinach, cream (shaking the packet before opening), béchamel, cheddar and monterey jack, crème fraîche, gnocchi, and mushrooms (tearing into bite-sized pieces before adding). Stir to combine. Add 1/2 cup of water to each tray. Season with salt and pepper; stir to thoroughly combine. Tightly cover the trays with foil; place directly onto an oven rack and bake 15 minutes. Leaving the oven on, remove from the oven. Carefully remove the foil; stir to combine.

    2 Finish the trays & serve your dish

    Evenly top with the breadcrumbs, parmesan, and a drizzle of olive oil; season with salt and pepper. Return to the oven and bake, uncovered, 9 to 11 minutes, or until the breadcrumbs are lightly browned. Remove from the oven and let stand at least 3 minutes. Enjoy!
