Prepare the ingrediets
Preheat the oven to 4500F. Wash and dry the fresh produce. Drain and rinse the chickpeas. In a small baking dish (or large for 4 servings), combine the drained chickpeas, tomatoes, tomato achaar, garlic pesto, and 1/4 cup of water (or 1/2 cup for 4 servings). Season with salt and pepper; stir to combine.

Add the fish
Pat the fish dry with paper towels; season on both sides with salt, pepper, and the curry powder. Place the seasoned fish, skin side up, on top of the prepared chickpeas and tomatoes.

Bake & serve your dish
Bake the prepared fish and chickpeas 10 to 15 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the chickpeas are softened. Remove from the oven and let stand 2 minutes. Serve the baked fish and chickpeas topped with the tzatziki and cilantro (picking the leaves off the stems and tearing into pieces just before adding). Enjoy!
