We're turning one of our favorite savory dishes into an irresistibly sweet treat! Flour tortillas are filled with chocolate chips, then cooked in butter until golden brown and the chocolate is melted. They're finished with a dusting of spiced sugar and a dipping sauce inspired by classic cannoli cream, which features ricotta, mascarpone, and more.

In a bowl, combine the ricotta, mascarpone, orange marmalade, and maple syrup. Whisk to thoroughly combine. In a separate bowl, combine the sugar and warming spices.
Place the tortillas on a work surface. Top one half of each tortilla with the chocolate chips; fold the tortillas in half over the filling.
In a large pan (nonstick, if you have one), heat the butter on medium until melted. Add the quesadillas. Cook 3 to 5 minutes on the first side, or until lightly browned. Flip the quesadillas and carefully top with half the spiced sugar. Continue to cook 3 to 5 minutes, or until lightly browned and the chocolate is melted. Carefully transfer to a cutting board, plain side up, and top with the remaining spiced sugar. Cut into equal-sized wedges. Serve the finished quesadillas with the cannoli cream. Enjoy!
