Zesty flavors abound in this dish thanks to the blend of Cajun spices (like paprika and cayenne pepper) we’re using to coat our chicken and spice the honey butter that’s slathered onto warm dinner rolls. A side of roasted broccoli is topped with two kinds of melty cheese for even more rich flavor.

Remove the dough and honey from the refrigerator to bring to room temperature. Remove the butter from the refrigerator to soften. Preheat the oven to 450°F. Wash and dry the broccoli; cut off and discard the bottom 1/2 inch of the stem, then cut the broccoli into small florets. Grate both cheeses on the large side of a box grater. Combine in a bowl. In a separate bowl, combine the pickle relish and worcestershire sauce.
Lightly oil a sheet pan. Tear the dough into 8 equal-sized pieces. Gently roll each piece into a ball. Transfer to the sheet pan and arrange in an even layer. Drizzle with olive oil. Bake 16 to 18 minutes, or until lightly browned and cooked through. Remove from the oven.
Meanwhile, place the broccoli florets on a separate sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat and arrange in an even layer. Roast 14 to 16 minutes, or until browned and tender when pierced with a fork. Leaving the oven on, remove from the oven. Using a spoon, carefully move the roasted broccoli to the center of the sheet pan. Evenly top with the grated cheeses. Return to the oven and roast 1 to 2 minutes, or until the cheese is melted. Remove from the oven.
Meanwhile, pat the chicken dry with paper towels; season on both sides with salt, pepper, and all but a pinch of the spice blend. In a large pan (nonstick, if you have one), heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil on medium-high until hot. Add the seasoned chicken. Cook 6 to 7 minutes per side, or until browned and cooked through.* Transfer to a cutting board.
An instant-read thermometer should register 165°F.
Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine the honey (kneading the packet before opening), softened butter, and remaining spice blend. Using a fork, mash to thoroughly combine. Slice the cooked chicken crosswise. Serve the sliced chicken with the cheesy broccoli. Top the chicken with the relish sauce. Serve the baked rolls with the spiced honey butter. Enjoy!
