Wash and dry the fresh produce. Halve the tomatoes.

Cook the pork & tomatoes
In a medium pot (or large for 4 servings), heat a drizzle of olive oil on medium-high until hot. Add the pork. Cook, stirring frequently and breaking the meat apart with a spoon, 4 to 5 minutes, or until lightly browned. Carefully drain off and discard any excess oil. Add the halved tomatoes and peppers; season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, 3 to 4 minutes, or until combined and the pork is cooked through.

Finish the pasta & serve your dish
Add the béchamel, pesto, pasta, and 2 teaspoons of water (or 4 teaspoons for 4 servings); season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring frequently, 2 to 3 minutes, or until thoroughly combined and the pasta is heated through. Turn off the heat. Serve the finished pasta garnished with half the parmesan (you will have extra). Enjoy!
