Cavatappi Pasta
2 oz
Arugula
4 oz
Grape Tomatoes
1 bunch
Chives
4 tbsp
Mayonnaise
1 tbsp
Red Wine Vinegar
¼ cup
Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 tbsp
Everything Bagel Seasoning (Poppy Seeds, White Sesame Seeds, Black Sesame Seeds, Dried Minced Garlic, Dried Minced Onion & Coarse Salt)
Note: Measurements are for 2 serving recipes.

Instructions

step 1
Prepare the ingredients & make the dressing
Preheat the oven to 450°F. Fill a medium pot 3/4 of the way up with salted water; cover and heat to boiling on high. Wash and dry the fresh produce. Halve the tomatoes. Thinly slice the chives. In a large bowl, combine the everything bagel seasoning, mayonnaise, vinegar, and parmesan. Season with salt and pepper.

Cook the bacon
Line a sheet pan with foil. Place the bacon on the foil; arrange in an even layer. Roast 12 to 16 minutes, or until cooked through and crispy. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.

Cook the pasta
Meanwhile, add the pasta to the pot of boiling water. Cook, stirring occasionally, 8 to 10 minutes, or until al dente (still slightly firm to the bite). Drain thoroughly and rinse under cold water.

Finish the pasta & serve your dish
To the bowl of dressing, add the arugula, halved tomatoes, cooked bacon (crumbling before adding), and cooled pasta. Stir until thoroughly combined and coated. Serve the finished pasta garnished with the sliced chives. Enjoy!
