  • 2 Small Baguettes
  • 4 oz Fresh Mozzarella Cheese
  • 3 oz Baby Spinach
  • ¼ tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
  • ⅓ cup Béchamel Sauce
  • ¼ cup Marinated Artichoke Hearts
  • 2 cloves Garlic

Spinach & Artichoke French Bread Pizzas

1 Prepare the ingredients

Place an oven rack in the center of the oven; preheat to 450°F. Wash and dry the spinach; roughly chop. Peel and roughly chop 2 cloves of garlic. Roughly chop the artichokes. Halve the baguettes lengthwise. In a large bowl, combine the béchamel and mozzarella (tearing into small pieces before adding). Season with salt and pepper.

2 Cook & finish the spinach

In a medium pan (nonstick, if you have one), heat a drizzle of olive oil on medium-high until hot. Add the chopped spinach and chopped garlic; season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, 2 to 3 minutes, or until the spinach is wilted. Transfer to the bowl of creamy mozzarella; add the chopped artichokes and as much of the red pepper flakes as you’d like, depending on how spicy you’d like the dish to be. Season with salt and pepper; stir to combine.

3 Bake the pizzas & serve your dish

Line a sheet pan with foil. Transfer the halved baguettes to the foil, cut side up. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Evenly top with the spinach-artichoke mixture. Bake 8 to 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the bread is toasted. Carefully transfer to a cutting board; halve crosswise. Enjoy!
