1 Prepare the ingredients

Place an oven rack in the center of the oven, then preheat to 450°F. Wash and dry the fresh produce. Halve the baguette lengthwise. Grate the cheese on the large side of a box grater. Pick the thyme leaves off the stems; roughly chop the leaves. In a bowl, combine the sour cherry spread and 1 teaspoon of water. Season with salt and pepper. Roughly chop the walnuts.

2 Make the crostini & serve your dish

Line a sheet pan with foil. Transfer the halved baguette, cut side up, to the foil. Evenly top with the grated cheese and chopped thyme leaves. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Bake 9 to 11 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the bread is lightly toasted. Transfer to a cutting board. Evenly top with the sour cherry mixture and chopped walnuts. When cool enough to handle, cut each half into 4 equal-sized pieces. Enjoy!
