    • ½ lb Grape Tomatoes
    • 2 oz Sliced Roasted Red Peppers
    • 4 cloves Garlic
    • 6 Tbsps Romesco Sauce (Contains Almonds)
    • 4 Tbsps Tomato Paste
    • ½ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
    • ½ cup Cream
    • ½ tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
    Prepare the ingredients
    1 Prepare the ingredients

    Wash, dry, and halve the tomatoes. Peel and roughly chop 4 cloves of garlic.

    2 Cook the vegetables

    In a large pot, heat a drizzle of olive oil on medium-high until hot. Add halved tomatoes; season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, 1 to 2 minutes, or until slightly softened. Add the chopped garlic, peppers, and as much of the red pepper flakes as you'd like, depending on how spicy you'd like the dish to be. Cook, stirring frequently, 30 seconds to 1 minute, or until combined. Add the tomato paste; season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring frequently, 1 to 2 minutes, or until combined.

    Add the pasta, pulled pork, cream (shaking the packet before opening), romesco sauce, and 1/2 cup of water; season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring frequently and breaking the meat apart with a spoon, 2 to 3 minutes, or until combined and the pork is heated through. Turn off the heat. Serve the finished pasta garnished with the parmesan. Enjoy!
