Wash and dry the blueberries. Tear the dates into bite-sized pieces, discarding the pits. In a blender, combine the blueberries, date pieces, peanut butter spread, yogurt, and 3 cups of ice. Blend on high until smooth. If the smoothie is too thick to blend, add 1 tablespoon of water (or liquid of your choice) at a time until blended. Pour into 2 serving glasses. Enjoy!
