1 Prepare the ingredients

Wash and dry the fresh produce. Halve, pit, and thinly slice the peach.

2 Make the salad & serve your dish

In a large bowl, whisk together the vinegar, sour cherry spread, half the mustard (you will have extra), and a drizzle of olive oil. Add the spinach, arugula, sliced peach, and cherries; toss to combine. Taste, then season with salt and pepper if desired. Serve the salad topped with the goat cheese (crumbling before adding). Enjoy!
