Place an oven rack in the center of the oven, then preheat to 450°F. Cut the pitas into 6 equal-sized wedges. Place on a sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat and arrange in an even layer. Toast in the oven 7 to 9 minutes, or until lightly browned. Remove from the oven and evenly top with the parmesan.
Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine the yogurt and pesto. Taste, then season with salt and pepper if desired. Serve the pita chips with the dip. Drizzle the dip with olive oil. Enjoy!
