  • 6 oz Baby Spinach
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • ½ cup Cream
  • ¼ cup Tomato Paste
  • 2 Single-Use Aluminum Trays
Prepare the ingredients & make the base

Place an oven rack in the center of the oven; preheat to 450°F. Wash and dry the spinach. In a bowl, whisk together the cream, tomato paste, romesco sauce, and 1 cup of water; season with salt and pepper. Between the two trays, evenly divide the spinach, gnocchi, and creamy romesco sauce. Season with salt and pepper; stir to thoroughly combine.

Tightly cover the trays with foil and bake 30 to 32 minutes, or until the sausage is cooked through. Remove from the oven. Carefully remove the foil; stir to combine. Serve the baked trays garnished with the cheese. Enjoy!
