  • 2 oz Sliced Roasted Red Peppers

  • ½ lb Fresh Mozzarella Cheese

  • 1 Tbsp Weeknight Hero Spice Blend (Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Smoked Paprika & Whole Dried Parsley)

Preheat the oven to 450°F. Wash and dry the broccoli florets. Add the broccoli florets to one side of each tray. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and the spice blend. Stir to coat. Add the caramelized onions and peppers to the other side of each tray.

Evenly top the onions and peppers with the sausage (tearing into bite-sized pieces before adding). Bake, uncovered, 15 minutes. Leaving the oven on, remove from the oven.
