  • ⅓ cup Basil Pesto
  • ¼ cup Cream
  • 4 oz Fresh Mozzarella Cheese
  • 4 oz Mushrooms
  • 1 Single-Use Aluminum Tray
Prepare the ingredients & make the base

Place an oven rack in the center of the oven; preheat to 450°F. Using a damp paper towel, gently brush off any dirt from the mushrooms. In the tray, combine the gnocchi, pesto, cream, mushrooms (tearing into bite-sized pieces before adding), and 2 tablespoons of water. Season with salt and pepper; stir to thoroughly combine.

Add the sausage in an even layer on top of the prepared base (tearing into bite-sized pieces before adding). Tightly cover the tray with foil and bake 30 minutes. Leaving the oven on, remove from the oven.
