Featuring pre-chopped ingredients and a recyclable baking tin, our Ready to Cook recipes make prep and cleaning a breeze. Just assemble, bake, and enjoy! Here, pillowy gnocchi, tender vegetables, and caramelized onions are baked in a creamy sauce that features both truffle zest and our white truffle seasoned butter—which lends the rich, earthy flavor for which truffles are prized, but without overpowering too much.

Place an oven rack in the center of the oven; preheat to 450°F. Wash and dry the fresh produce. Between the two trays, evenly divide the spinach, broccoli, gnocchi, cream, truffle butter, caramelized onions, and as much of the truffle zest as you'd like. Stir to combine. Add 1/2 cup of water to each tray. Season with salt and pepper; stir to thoroughly combine.
Evenly divide the pancetta between the two trays. Stir to combine. Tightly cover the trays with foil and bake 30 to 32 minutes, or until the gnocchi are tender and the pancetta is cooked through. Remove from the oven. Carefully remove the foil; stir to combine. Serve the baked trays garnished with the cheese. Enjoy!
