  • ¼ cup Crème Fraîche
  • ½ cup Cream
  • ½ lb Fresh Mozzarella Cheese
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • ½ cup Marinated Artichoke Hearts
  • 2 Single-Use Aluminum Trays

Place an oven rack in the center of the oven; preheat to 450°F. Wash and dry the spinach. Between the two trays, evenly divide the spinach, gnocchi, artichokes, cream, crème fraîche, caramelized onions, mozzarella (tearing into small pieces before adding), and as much of the red pepper flakes as you'd like, depending on how spicy you'd like the dish to be. Season with salt and pepper; stir to thoroughly combine.
