Garlic Herb Bread with Parmesan Cheese
Title
  • 2 Small Baguettes
  • 2 oz Garlic & Herb Spreadable Butter
  • 1 bunch Parsley
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
step-by-step
instructions
1 Prepare the ingredients & make the compound butter

Remove the spreadable butter from the refrigerator to soften. Place an oven rack in the center of the oven, then preheat to 450°F. Wash and dry the parsley; finely chop the leaves and stems. Halve the baguettes. In a bowl, combine the softened butter, all but a pinch of the chopped parsley, and all but a pinch of the cheese. Using a fork, mash until throughly combined.

2 Toast the bread & serve your dish

Line a sheet pan with foil. Place the halved baguettes on the foil, cut sides up. Evenly top with the compound butter. Toast in the oven 7 to 9 minutes, or until lightly browned and the edges are crispy. Transfer to a cutting board. Cut each half into 4 equal-sized pieces. Serve the finished bread garnished with the remaining cheese and remaining chopped parsley. Enjoy!
