    • ¼ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
    • 1 Romaine Lettuce Heart
    • 1 Tbsp Hot Sauce
    • 1 Yellow Onion
    • 2 tsps Honey
    • 3 oz Radishes
    • ½ cup Part-Skim Ricotta Cheese

    Remove the dough from the refrigerator to bring to room temperature. Place an oven rack in the center of the oven; preheat to 475°F. Tear the mozzarella into small pieces. Halve, peel, and thinly slice the onion.

Leaving a 1-inch border around the edges, spread the tomato sauce onto the prepared dough; season with salt and pepper. Evenly top with the cooked onion, mozzarella pieces, and dollops of the ricotta; season with salt and pepper. Brush the edges of the pizza with olive oil, then evenly top with the everything bagel seasoning. Bake, rotating the sheet pan halfway through, 14 to 19 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown. Remove from the oven and let stand at least 2 minutes.
