Wash and dry the fresh produce. Roughly chop the lettuce. Halve the cucumbers lengthwise; thinly slice crosswise. Thinly slice the scallions, separating the white bottoms and hollow green tops. Peel the orange; halve lengthwise, then thinly slice crosswise. In a large bowl, combine the sesame dressing, vinegar, orange marmalade. Taste, then season with salt and pepper if desired.

2 Make the salad & serve your dish

To the bowl of dressing, add the chopped lettuce, sliced cucumbers, and sliced white bottoms of the scallions; toss to combine. Serve the salad topped with the sliced orange, cashews, crispy onions, sesame seeds, and sliced green tops of the scallions. Enjoy!
