  • ⅔ cup Kimchi
  • 6 oz Baby Spinach
  • 1 tsp Black & White Sesame Seeds
  • ⅓ cup Soy-Miso Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Weeknight Hero Spice Blend (Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Smoked Paprika & Whole Dried Parsley)
  • ¼ cup Crème Fraîche
  • 2 Single-Use Aluminum Trays
Prepare the ingredients & make the base

Place an oven rack in the center of the oven; preheat to 450°F. Wash and dry the spinach. Between the two trays, evenly divide the spinach, gnocchi, sautéed aromatics, soy-miso sauce, and as much of the gochujang as you'd like, depending on how spicy you'd like the dish to be. Stir to combine. Add 2 teaspoons of water to each tray. Season with salt and pepper; stir to thoroughly combine.
