  • ⅓ cup Kimchi
  • 3 oz Baby Spinach
  • 3 Tbsps East Asian-Style Sautéed Aromatics
  • 1 tsp Black & White Sesame Seeds
  • 3 Tbsps Soy-Miso Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Weeknight Hero Spice Blend (Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Smoked Paprika & Whole Dried Parsley)
  • 2 Tbsps Crème Fraîche
  • 1 Single-Use Aluminum Tray

Place an oven rack in the center of the oven; preheat to 450°F. Wash and dry the spinach. In the tray, combine the spinach, gnocchi, sautéed aromatics, soy-miso sauce, and as much of the gochujang as you'd like, depending on how spic you'd like the dish to be. Stir to combine. Add 2 teaspoons of water to the tray. Season with salt and pepper if desired; stir to thoroughly combine.
