    • 6 Tbsps Roasted Garlic Pesto
    • ½ cup Cream
    • ⅔ cup Béchamel Sauce
    • ½ tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
    • ½ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
    • 4 Tbsps Crème Fraîche
    • 2 oz Sliced Roasted Red Peppers
    • 2 Single-Use Aluminum Trays

    Creamy Gnocchi & Broccoli

    Prepare the ingredients
    1 Prepare the ingredients

    Place an oven rack in the center of the oven; preheat to 450°F. Wash and dry the broccoli. Lightly coat the trays with a drizzle of olive oil. Between the two prepared trays, evenly divide the béchamel, cream (shaking the packet before opening), garlic pesto, crème fraîche, peppers, broccoli, gnocchi, and as much of the red pepper flakes as you'd like, depending on how spicy you'd like the dish to be. Season with salt and pepper; stir to combine. Add 1/4 cup of water to each tray; stir to thoroughly combine.

    2 Bake the tray & serve your dish

    Add the pancetta. Stir to combine. Tightly cover the trays with foil and bake 14 to 16 minutes, or until the gnocchi and broccoli are tender and the pancetta is cooked through. Remove from the oven. Stir to combine. Let stand at least 2 minutes before serving. Serve the baked trays garnished with the parmesan. Enjoy!
