Pat the pork belly dry with paper towels. Cut crosswise into 1/2-inch-thick pieces. Heat a large pan (nonstick, if you have one) on medium-high until hot. Add the pork belly pieces in an even layer. Cook 4 to 6 minutes, or until browned. Flip, then cook 3 to 5 minutes, or until browned and heated through.* Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.
*The USDA recommends reheating cooked pork to 140°F.
