  • 1 head Butter Lettuce
  • 1 Apple
  • 3 oz Radishes
  • 1 Tbsp Whole Grain Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 oz Balsamic-Marinated Cipolline Onions
  • 0.7 oz Grana Padano Cheese
  • 2 tsps Honey
  • 2 Tbsps Roasted Pistachios
1 Prepare the ingredients

Wash and dry the fresh produce. Cut off and discard the root end of the lettuce; roughly chop the leaves. Halve the radishes lengthwise, then thinly slice crosswise. Quarter, core, and thinly slice the apple. Roughly chop the onions. Roughly chop the pistachios. Grate the Grana Padano on the small side of a box grater. In a large bowl, combine the mustard, vinegar, half the honey (you will have extra), and 1 tablespoon of olive oil; whisk until thoroughly combined.

2 Make the salad & serve your dish

To the bowl of vinaigrette, add the chopped lettuce, sliced radishes, and sliced apple; season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat. Serve the salad garnished with the chopped onions, chopped pistachios, and grated Grana Padano. Enjoy!
