Our Carb Conscious recipes have 42g or less of net carbohydrates (total carbohydrates minus dietary fiber) per serving, a 25% reduction in net carbs compared to the average Blue Apron recipe served in 2019. Brown the butter
1 Brown the butter

Place an oven rack in the center of the oven, then preheat to 350°F. In a small pan (cast iron or oven-safe, if you have one), heat the butter on medium-high until melted. Once melted, cook, stirring constantly, 2 to 3 minutes, or until the foam subsides and the butter is fragrant (it should smell nutty and toasted). Turn off the heat. Reserving the pan, transfer to a large bowl and set aside to cool at least 2 minutes.

Transfer the dough to the reserved pan (if your pan is not oven-safe, transfer to a greased 8-inch square baking dish). Spread into an even layer. Bake 20 to 24 minutes, or until the dough is set and cooked through. Remove from the oven and let stand at least 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
