Cooked Rigatoni Pasta

Baby Spinach
3 tbsp
Roasted Garlic Pesto

8-oz can Tomato Sauce
¼ cup
Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 tsp
Whole Dried Oregano
2 oz
Shredded Fontina Cheese
1 ½ tsp
Calabrian Chile Paste
Note: Measurements are for 2 serving recipes.

Assemble & start the dish
Preheat the oven to 450°F. In a small baking dish (or large for 4 servings), combine the spinach, tomato sauce, garlic pesto,oregano, and as much of the chile paste as you'd like, depending on how spicy you'd like the dish to be. Stir to combine. Add the beef (tearing into bite-sized pieces before adding) in an even layer. Season with salt and pepper. Bake, uncovered, 13 to 15 minutes, or until the beef is cooked through. Remove from the oven.

Finish & serve your dish
Once the dish has baked about 10 minutes, cut a 1-inch vent in the package of pasta. Microwave on high 1 to 2 minutes, or until heated through. Add the warmed pasta and fontina to the baking dish. Stir until combined and the cheese is melted. Serve the finished dish garnished with the parmesan. Enjoy!
