    • 1 Persian Cucumber
    • 2 oz Arugula
    • 3 oz Pickle Chips
    • ¼ cup Barbecue Sauce
    • 3 Tbsps Ranch Dressing
    • ⅓ cup Crispy Onions
    • 2 tsps Smoky Honey Habanero Spice Blend (Honey Granules, Brown Sugar, Smoked Paprika, Salt & Habanero Powder)
    Prepare the ingredients & toast the rolls

    Wash and dry the fresh produce. Halve the rolls. Thinly slice the cucumber into rounds. In a bowl, combine the crispy onions and half the spice blend. In a large pan (nonstick, if you have one), heat a drizzle of olive oil on medium-high until hot. Add the halved rolls. Toast 1 to 2 minutes per side, or until lightly browned. Transfer to a work surface. Cover with foil to keep warm.

    2 Cook the pork

    In the same pan, heat a drizzle of olive oil on medium-high until hot. Add the pulled pork, barbecue sauce (carefully, as the liquid may splatter), remaining spice blend, and 2 tablespoons of water; season with salt and pepper if desired. Cook, stirring frequently and breaking the meat apart with a spoon, 2 to 3 minutes, or until combined, the sauce is slightly thickened, and the pork is heated through. Turn off the heat.

    Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine the arugula, sliced cucumber, and ranch dressing; season with salt and pepper. Toss to combine. Assemble the sandwiches using the toasted rolls, cooked pork, pickles, and seasoned crispy onions. Serve the sandwiches with the salad on the side. Enjoy!
