Each week, we send high-quality, perfectly proportioned ingredients to customers nationwide to prepare delicious, wholesome meals at home. We introduce our community of home cooks to new ingredients, flavors, and techniques with seasonally inspired recipes that are delicious, fun, and easy to prepare.

In the summer of 2012, our founders tested the first Blue Apron recipes in their tiny New York City apartments with the goal of making the experience of cooking with quality produce and specialty ingredients accessible to everyone—no matter where they live or how busy they are.

Today, we send over four million meals per month to home cooks nationwide. Instrumental to this success are our fulfillment center employees who ensure that each Blue Apron box is packed to perfection.

At our two FDA-regulated fulfillment centers, our employees’ health and safety is a top priority. In addition to implementing strict safety standards, we know that the COVID-19 pandemic affects every part of a person’s life. We offer numerous schedule options to help you take care of the people who depend on you.
