This red and white 6 bottle collection contains all of the essentials. A classic French Bordeaux, Oregon pinot noir, and Washington Cab are some of our favorite reds in our collection. When it comes to whites, we have selected a sauvignon blanc from the heralded Potter Valley in New Zealand to go along with a clean crisp German style riesling and a white Burgundy to round out the offering. Whether you are stocking your home cellar or bringing them to a party, we are confident you will love this collection of some of our personal favorites.

Collection includes 6 x 500 mL bottles (2/3 of a standard-size wine bottle) featuring the following wines:
  • 2015 Château Grand Jean Bordeaux Supérieur: Bordeaux is synonymous with greatness—and rules, governing everything from which varieties can be planted and where to when grapes can be picked. However, Bordeaux’s young winemakers, including millennial sisters Sophie and Carole Dulon, are bending those rules to create more complex flavors in the glass. Château Grand Jean Bordeaux Supérieur Red epitomizes the region’s classic balance of fruit flavors and soft tannins—but with a smoother, more modern feel and spice notes from the wine’s oak aging.
  • 2016 Anthesis Pinot Noir: Anthesis Pinot Noir is a classic Oregon Pinot Noir made of grapes from two of the Willamette Valley’s prized vineyards: Stermer and Briscoe. It strikes a beautiful balance between fruit flavors and earthy complexity, which is why it’s so enjoyable when paired with food.
  • 2016 Airfield Estates Cabernet Sauvignon: Airfield Estates Cabernet Sauvignon is old-school New World, meaning it deftly balances plush, bright fruit flavors with spice and savory notes from aging in oak. The grapes for this wine come from some of Airfield Estates’ prime Washington state vineyards, where the Miller family has been producing wine for nearly 50 years.
  • 2016 Blue Quail Sauvignon Blanc: Blue Quail Sauvignon Blanc is the best of both worlds. It has the fruitiness you find in wines from New Zealand, but also the minerality of Sauvignon Blancs from Sancerre, France. Mendocino County, north of Sonoma County, is known for its beautiful and often inaccessible vineyards tucked among vast, densely forested terrain. Potter Valley, with only 1,000 acres of vines, is one of the highest-elevation spots in the county.
  • 2016 Le P'tit Paysan Riesling: Le P’tit Paysan Riesling resembles a quintessential classic, crisp German style coupled with stone-fruit flavors that developed in the California sunshine. Crafted by award winning winemaker Ian Brand, you can be assured that each grape bunch will be perfectly ripe and packed with flavor.
  • 2016 Vigneron de Terres Secrets Chardonnay: In Burgundy the grape growers get all the glory, not the winemakers. Each vineyard, small or large, has a centuries-long track record of achieving a certain level of quality and flavor profile. Winemaker Georges Brichon’s job is to respect this above all else, and ensure that the hard work of Terres Secrètes’ 300 growers speaks for itself—in the glass. Terres Secrètes Mâcon-Villages is exactly what you want from a white Burgundy: crisp and clean, with fruit flavors that pop. This is the antithesis of California Chardonnays’ vanilla-veiled, fruit-salad-style, oaky wine.
