This Valentine’s Day, stay in and cozy up with this special bundle of wines, curated by our chefs to pair perfectly with our Premium meal of Seared Scallops & Mushroom Risotto with Chocolate-Pistachio Truffles.

These beautiful bottles are perfect for die-hard Valentine’s Day fans and persistent skeptics alike. Start your meal off with a light, romantic wine like the 2019 Atelier Raspail Rosé. This pretty wine is light enough to enjoy while you’re cooking, or could be a romantic way to wrap up the meal. For dinner, the racy acidity in the 2019 Airfield Estates Riesling will bring out the best in seafood dishes like our Scallop risotto. Those who prefer red wine will love the intense layered flavors in the 2017 Le P’tit Paysan Liberté- a Zinfandel Cabernet Pfeffer blend. This complex wine will draw out the earthy flavors of the mushrooms and play nicely with truffles.

We recommend ordering your wine bundle by 2/5 to receive your wine prior to Valentine's day.

Collection includes 3 x 500 mL bottles (2/3 of a standard-size wine bottle) featuring:
  • 2019 Atelier Raspail Rosé: Charles Bieler’s first winemaking experiences were in the south of France. It’s only fitting that his Ateliers Raspail Rose takes its cues from Provence. Bieler ran over 30 small fermentations to help the fruit and floral aromas shine in this crisp rose. Expect delicate aromas of raspberry and peach, along with lavender and a citrusy kick.
  • 2019 Airfield Estates Riesling: The Millers planted vines in 1968 on property formerly used in World War II as an Army Air Corps training base. They aim to honor the dedication of these pilots with their wines, and this Riesling is a perfect example. The grapes braved two major snowfalls and two freezes, and only the best of the surviving grapes were used for this aromatic, refreshing Riesling.
  • 2019 Le P’tit Paysan Liberté: Cabernet Pfeffer is an iconic American grape even though you’ve likely never heard of it. Neither had Ian Brand, who’s worked with vineyards in San Benito for years, where Pfeffer vines have thrived for a century. When Ian first tasted Cab Pfeffer’s bright, fruity flavors and peppery kick, he knew he had something special that’d be a delightful pairing with food—especially if he blended it with Zin. “It’s very rustic,” Ian says, “but that just gives you more food-pairing options.” This wine is 78% Zinfandel, 22% Cabernet Pfeffer.
