Look like a pro while you cook like a pro. All-Clad’s 10-inch fry pan is our test kitchen’s top pick when it comes to pan-frying eggs, browning vegetables and searing meat or fresh-caught fish. It’ll also help you make the most of your “fond”—the delicious, sauce-friendly browned bits that are all too often left behind on your pan. Safe for use up to 500°F, the stainless steel flat bottom and flared sides make tossing and flipping a breeze.

The Story Behind All-Clad

All-Clad’s cookware has earned the trust of chefs in the best restaurants in the world, of avid home cooks, and, of course, Blue Apron’s own test kitchen. John Ulam, a groundbreaking American metallurgist, founded the company in 1967 as Clad Metals, in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania, where he gave aluminum, stainless steel, and copper new significance. All-Clad’s handcrafted, bonded cookware continues to be made at the company’s Southwestern Pennsylvania mill even today. At every stage of the manufacturing process, each piece is individually inspected and held only to the highest, most rigorous standards.
