Mom and Dad made me write this stupid essay. Dexter was all too happy to do so, but I think it’s freaking moronic. My name is Karma, but you can call me K-Girl if you’re nasty. I’m Karma the puppy, but you should call me Ms. Karma. I’m a beautiful cross-breed of Chow and Golden Lab lineage. In addition to being beautiful and glamorous, I have to admit I’m also a genius. I’ve mastered many tricks and can find ways to break into most things that Mom and Dad think are dog-proofed. Of course, I’m much smarter than they are (not saying much). I’m currently lending my sizeable intellect to helping Dexter with his Dex-Man Plan. But enough of my beauty and intelligence.
My real passion is singing. I have a full, throaty voice and can hit the high notes. Mom and Dad have me serenade them. Parents can be tedious, but they feed me so I humor them. Pop Idol is definitely in my future if I can sneak out for an audition. I am currently working on a new album and am taking auditions for backup singers and dancers. I hope to put up Karma’s Diva Page soon.
I suppose I should mention that I have a stupid younger brother named Dexter. People think he’s cute, but he’s dumb. All he does is chase after that stupid ball. I want him to leave me alone so I can get some recording time in, but all he wants to do is play, play, play.

Hi, I’m Dexter. Will you be my friend? I’m a chocolate lab, and Dad says that makes me crazy. But that doesn’t bother me! I love to play outside especially when Mom or Dad brings out the ball. I love the Ball! It is the best thing in the whole world. I love to fetch it and catch it and tear them to shreds (in a gentle, loving kind of way). The Ball rules! I’ve built a Shrine to the Almighty Ball that is supposed to be up very soon.
Karma said I wasn't supposed to say anything, but I'm also working on a secret plan that I've code-named the Dex-Man Plan. I can't really tell you anything about it (mainly because Karma won't tell me the details), but it might involve the Ball. I might post schematics about it one day...
I love Mom and Dad and Karma. I stay in whatever room they’re in, and I like to sleep by their feet. Every morning when Mom and Dad take showers, I sit on the bath mat to guard them from Water Elves. Elves fear my manly bark. I like to sing, but Karma rarely lets me. I guess that's fair since I never let her play with the ball.
